An overturned truck forced police to shut down a portion of the H-1 Freeway overnight.

Two men in their 20s were taken to the hospital in serious but stable condition after the truck they were riding in flipped and crashed into the freeway median.

The westbound lanes near the Vineyard off ramp were closed at 4 a.m. but reopened at about 5:15 a.m.
