Sonny Tanabe was on the U.S. Olympic swim team in Melbourne in 1965, and while he didn't come home with a medal he did represent Hawaii well and did the 50th state proud.  Tanabe has a new book and a new exhibit at the Japanese Cultural Center of Hawaii.
