CNNJennifer Lawrence appeared to rip her dress in half while accepting the best actress award at the Screen Actors Guild Awards, but Christian Dior Couture later issued a statement confirming that what viewers saw wasn't a rip, or even a malfunction. "The dress is made with different levels of tulle and satin and that is what the viewers saw when Jennifer lifted her dress slightly," the fashion house said in a statement to USA Today.
