18-year-old Kamealohanakekaiau Wilbur-Delima was in court Monday for a plethora of traffic violations. Those charges are not related to the fatal crash in Makaha Friday where Wilbur-Delima was behind the wheel.
Governor Neil Abercrombie signed Senate Bill 482 into law Monday, which exempts small-scale home-based honey producers from certain requirements, in an effort to "ensure the continued viability of honeybee operations."
