An Air Force Sergeant living in Ewa Beach has been indicted again on attempted murder charges for a 2011 strip club shooting.
Claude Custard was an electrician with the 647th Civil Engineer Squadron at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam when the shooting happened.
Police say Custard got into an argument with two men at Princess Palace, retrieved a gun from his car and fired at the men. Custard struck one man five times and missed the other.
Delays in taking the case to trial prompted a judge to dismiss the case, but prosecutors refiled the charges.
Custard was re-arrested and bail has been set at $1 million.
