Mayor kirk caldwell signed the development agreement for Live Work Play Aiea-----Clearing the way for Robertson Property Group to build 5 buildings---1500 units on the site of the old Kam Drive inn. MAYOR 23:18-23:36 750 MILLION/3/4 BILLION DOLLARS ONE SITE. 14 ACRES. ONE DEVELOPER AND HERE'S WHATS COOL: ITS NOT IN WAIKIKI. AND ITS NOT IN KAKAAKO.IT OUT IN A MORE RESENDTIAL COMMUNITY WE'LL BUILD 1500 UNTIS FOR PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE, LIVE HERE AND HOPEFULLY PLAY HERE IN THE FUTURE. 30 percent of the units must be affordable.
