the 68th annual Independence Day parade. And even though this is an election year there were more politicians than usual. KITV4's Nana Ohkawa reports on the highlights of the parade hosted by the Kailua Chamber of Commerce. nat music The march began with music from the royal hawaiian band and veterans of foreign wars. From pooches to horses to cars--everyone seemed decked out in the 4th of July spirit. People packed the lawns and sidewalks of Kainalu Drive to get a front row seat of the independence day parade.
