work on the Big Island. The Aloha Exchange Club of East Hawaii recognized Captain Darwin Okinaka as Firefighter of the Year and Sergeant James Correa as Officer of the Year. The ceremony was held at the Hilo Yacht Club. Okinaka was honored for his leadership and community service over the past year.
