Grading Hawaii schools. U-S Secretary of Education Arne Duncan -- is in Honolulu today and tomorrow. He's here to assess the state's progress in education -- AND learn about issues concerning students, parents, educators, and policymakers. He spent the day holding a panel discussion with military families at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam... Tomorrow-- he will speak at a couple Oahu schools. We are the 50th state the Secretary has visited since taking office in 2009.
