HONOLULU -- The tour bus driver who was involved in a fatal crash early this week has lost two drivers licenses, KITV has learned. Police released a mug shot of Steve Oshiro, 49, who was arrested after the crash in Kahaluu on Monday.Oshiro was driving a Roberts Hawaii tour bus that crossed the centerline and crashed into an SUV driven by Corey Voss, 42, who was killed.State transportation officials said that Oshiro's regular drivers license and his commercial drivers license will be suspended for one year, because he refused to take a blood alcohol test following the crash.A commercial drivers license allows motorists to drive large vehicles, like buses. The bus company said it fired Oshiro for refusing to take the test.Earlier that same day, Oshiro's tour bus got into a minor accident with a city bus, but no one was injured.
