Actress Michelle Rodriguez is going to jail in Los Angeles, a direct result of her DUI conviction in Hawaii.

An LA judge revoked her probation Tuesday in two DUI arrests in Hollywood two years ago.

Rodriguez was sentenced for violating her probation. She was caught driving drunk in Kailua last year.

She had been serving the probation sentence for DUI and other charges in Hollywood in 2003.

When Rodriguez was sentenced for the Hawaii DUI conviction last month, she chose a four-day jail term instead of community service.

On Monday, the LA judge sentenced Rodriguez to 60 days in jail, but she could have been sentenced to as many as 18 months behind bars.

Rodriguez has to report to jail by the end of the month, then she'll have to perform one month of community service and spend another 30 days submitting to an alcohol-monitoring program.

Rodriguez' character was recently killed off the popular television show "Lost," a move the actress claims had nothing to do with her drinking and driving problems.
