Homemade Spinach Linguini
You need a juice machine and a pasta machine to make this delicious fresh pasta. It's worth the effort.
Ingredients
Add spinach juice to flour and mix well. If this is not enough liquid to form a dough, add water. Mix and continue to adjust water/flour mixture until the dough is pliable but not sticky. Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes. Cut into pieces and roll through the pasta machine.
