If you are concerned about getting calcium, this is a great calcium fix.

Ingredients: Almond Fig Shake
  • 4 cups vanilla flavored, calcium fortified soy milk
  • 6 dried figs
  • 1 1/2 TBS almond butter (raw or toasted)
  • pinch ground cinamon
  • pinch salt
  • 3 ice cubes
  • Instructions:
  • In a blender combine all ingredients and process until smooth.
  • Pour into tall glass and serve immediately.
  • Nutritional Data: This drink contains 559 Calories, 19 grams of protein, 18 grams total fat (3 grams saturated fat) 0 cholesterol, 288 mg sodium, and 560 mg calcium.
