Almond Fig Shake
If you are concerned about getting calcium, this is a great calcium fix.
Ingredients:

4 cups vanilla flavored, calcium fortified soy milk
6 dried figs
1 1/2 TBS almond butter (raw or toasted)
pinch ground cinamon
pinch salt
3 ice cubes
Instructions:
In a blender combine all ingredients and process until smooth.
Pour into tall glass and serve immediately.
