Ingredients
8-12 ounces of bow tie pasta
1 jar of low fat spaghetti sauce
3-4 slices of Yves brand Veggie Salami
2 cloves garlic
white wine or veggie broth to saute
1/4 cup Gee Whiz sauce*
Instructions
- Cook pasta for 12 minutes in boiling water.
- Slice the veggie salami and saute in garlic and broth for about 2
minutes.
- Add tomato sauce and heat to bubbling. Add Gee Whiz sauce, heat
through.
- Drain pasta and mix well with sauce.
* Gee Whiz Sauce
1 can great northern beans, drained
6 tbsp. nutritional yeast (big yellow yeast flake from bulk food section Down
To Earth)
3 tbsp tahini (This is sesame paste you get at health food stores)
1/2 cup pimento or roasted red bell pepper
1 tsp yellow mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
3 TBS lemon juice
Instructions
Blend in food processor until smooth
