HONOLULU -- An actress from the TV show "Lost" was arrested on Dec. 1 for drunk driving and KITV 4 News has obtained police documents describing her wild behavior.Police records showed that an officer first noticed the two actresses from "Lost" when their cars were pulled over along the side of the Kailua Road.Actress Michelle Rodriguez was driving a black Mercedes-Benz, while her co-star Cynthia Watros was driving a Lexus SUV.A police officer reported both cars were weaving all over the right lane and heading into the bike lane. The cars were heading toward downtown Honolulu along "Church Row."Officers said both actresses had blood-shot, glassy eyes and smelled of alcohol when they were stopped. One officer said Watros told him she was just driving home to Lanikai. However, the officer reminded her she was heading away from Lanikai.Watros' blood alcohol level was .108, higher than the .08 legal limit.Rodriguez, according to the report, was clearly the "problem child" during the incident. The officer who took her in a police car to the Kailua substation said, "... she wanted me to shoot her. She kept complaining that we could not take away her freedom. She told me, 'Just take my car and I'll walk all the way to the North Shore but don't leave me in the back of this car 'poppie.'"Police said she was "very argumentative" and kept interrupting the police officer, who was explaining drunk driving sanctions to her.According to the report, Rodriguez said, "I don't (expletive) belong here! Why don't you just put a gun to my head and shoot me! You've already taken my freedom! You might as well take my life too!"Police allowed Rodriguez to use her cell phone to make phone calls for bail and they say as she did that, she continually hit herself on the head and punched the wall at the receiving desk.Rodriguez also didn't like being kept in leg irons. Police quoted her as saying, "I was only drinking baby, I can understand taking away my car for drinking and driving, but I didn't hurt nobody, so why do I have to wear these things? I feel like a slave man, this takes away my freedom."Rodriguez's B.A.C. was recorded at .145, nearly twice the legal limit.Rodriguez's lawyer declined comment on Friday.
