Hawaii Soldier Killed In Iraq

The Department of Defense Monday confirmed that a soldier from Honolulu was killed Wednesday in Iraq.

Pvt. Jeungjin Na Kim, 23, died after his patrol was attacked by enemy forces using small arms fire in Ar Ramadi.

Kim was stationed in Korea.

This is the second death of a Hawaii soldier in a little more than a week.

Joshua Titcomb, 20, died when a bomb exploded near his tank.

Titcomb will be remembered Tuesday at 9 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Waianae.

Titcomb was a graduate of Waianae High School.
