The U.S. Coast Guard is investigating a watercraft incident involving an Arts & Entertainment reality star.

A spokesperson for the Coast Guard says Duane "Dog" Chapman was involved in a collision of two vessels on the Hawaii Kai Marina but they are not providing details.

The Coast Guard did say crews were called to the marina around 4 p.m. Friday to investigate.

A worker at SeaBreeze Parasailing witnessed the incident unfold in the harbor.

"We saw the Coast Guard come in with their blue lights flashing, which is kind of unusual for Hawaii Kai." said Scott Ng. "Then I saw the Hawaii Kai Marina Patrol racing around like they were looking for somebody."

Chapman called us Sunday and says he did scrape another boat with his boat, before driving across the bay.

Chapman says he apologized to the boat's owner and says he will cover the damages to the boat.
