run NO MORE... Good evening, I'm Yunji de Nies. And I'm Paula Akana. Three teenage robbery suspects are now locked up after an alleged string of alleged robberies that escalated each time.. KITV4's Andrew Pereira is live and just talked to police .. Paula, Yunji... all three teens face the possibility of 20 years or more in prison if convicted in this string of armed robberies. Three banks and one recycling center robbed at gunpoint in a span of 39 days. Now the feds and police say three teenagers from Aiea were behind the rare crime wave. VIDA BOTTOM: "SOLVING THESE ROBBERIES WAS A PARTICULAR PRIORITY FOR THE FBI AND THE HONOLULU POLICE DEPARTMENT BECAUSE OF THE ESCALATED LEVEL OF THREAT AND VIOLENCE INVOLVED." The three suspects have been identified as 19-year-old Rogussia Eddie Allen Danielson, 19-year-old Kalani Watson, also known as Kiki Seui, and 18-year-old AJ Williander... all from Aiea. Investigators say all three men took part in robbing the American Savings Bank near the Pearl Ridge Shopping Center on May 30th. According to a court document, Watson and Danielson are seen on surveillance cameras during the robbery wearing hoodies with their faces covered. Williander meanwhile served as the getaway driver. Gloves found near the scene led to DNA evidence against Danielson. FLORENCE NAKAKUNI: "IT WAS THROUGH THE USE OF MODERN TECHNOLOGY AND SOME GOOD 'OLE FASHION POLICE WORK THAT RESULTED IN THE IDENTIFICATION OF THESE THREE PERPRETRAITOR S WHOSE FIRST APPEARANCE IN FEDERAL COURT IS SOMETIME TOMORROW AFTERNOON." The FBI says Danielson and Watson were seen on Facebook holding wads of cash, and a confidential informant helped lead investigators to the suspects. Watson was arrested Tuesday at Honolulu International Airport as he got off an Alaska Air flight from Oakland where FBI agents monitored his every move. Williander was also arrested at the airport as he waited to pick up Watson. Danielson was taken into custody at his home in Aiea. Investigators won't say whether any of the suspects are tied to another string of robberies of convenience stores. VIDA BOTTOM: "WE JUST WANTED TO ANNOUNCE THE CHARGES, WE DON'T WANT TO DISCUSS ANY OF THE EVIDENCE IN THE CASE." The first in the string of armed robberies happened on April 22nd at the Reynolds Recycling center on Salt Lake Boulevard, where Watson is alleged to have acted alone. The four robberies resulted in the suspects getting away with more than $40- thousand dollars in cash. The FBI says all of the suspects are younger than your typical bank robber.
