WAIALUA, Hawaii -- The medical examiner's office has identified the little girl killed in a driveway accident as 1-year-old Tayzah Kekumu.

Tayzah was with her family visiting relatives on Mamua Place in Waialua, when a truck ran her over in the relative's driveway.

Family members said Tayzah's father was leaving for a work meeting, when his truck rolled over his daughter at about 3 p.m. Tuesday.

Tayzah died.

Relatives said Tayzah's family is from Waianae. She has two siblings.

The family's truck remained on the street on Mamua Place. Tayzah's parents intend to sell the truck.
