Endeavor Brings Thousands Of jobs

Disney Resorts and Spa is on track to open its first Hawaii resort in a year providing thousands of jobs.

Aulani is under construction at Ko Olina on O'ahu. According to an economic impact study commissioned by Disney, the resort is expected to generate more than $600 million in economic activity during construction and provide 2,400 full-time jobs when it opens in August 2011 and 1,200 jobs on site.

The resort will include 359 hotel rooms and 481 Disney Vacation Club timeshare villas.
