HONOLULU -- A clogged pipe caused a sewage spill Thursday at Kuhio Park Terrace, city officials said.Officials were alerted to the spill at 10:45 a.m. About 3,250 gallons of untreated sewage overflowed at KPT and spilled into Kalihi Stream. The stream feeds into Keehi Lagoon.A Department of Environmental Services crew found rags and debris clogged an 8-inch terra cotta pipe. The workers cleaned the area and notified the state Department of Health.
