HONOLULU -- The largest oil refinery in the state may be in jeopardy of closing, according to the Pacific Business Journal.The chief economist for Tesoro said the company is losing money and can't afford to continue running all of its facilities.Tesoro employs 600 people at its West Oahu refinery.
