HONOLULU -- Hawaii bounty hunter Duane "Dog" Chapman launches his book tour from Honolulu this weekend.Chapman's book, "Where Mercy Is Shown, Mercy Is Given," is the second book about his life.Fans can meet "Dog" at his book signing Saturday at Barnes and Noble at Kahala mall. The event begins at 2 p.m.Chapman's Honolulu book signing kicks off a multi-state book tour that ends in April in Waipahu.
