UH Shidler College Named One Of Best
Bloomberg BusinessWeek Ranks College In Top 100

HONOLULU -- In its annual rankings, Bloomberg BusinessWeek has named the Shidler College of Business at the University of Hawaii as having one of the best business programs in the nation.In the 2010 rankings, Shidler ranked 99th out of 500 accredited undergraduate business programs.The College was listed 10th in the western region and 52nd among public schools.In a written press release, V. Vance Roley, Shidler Business of College Dean, said “We are honored that Bloomberg BusinessWeek has recognized the College among the top 100 best business schools in the nation. We have made substantial investments in our students, programs and faculty, and have significantly increased our relationships in various business communities around the world.”Shidler was one of six news schools to enter this year’s rankings.Criteria included program size, age, test scores, grade point average and number of full-time tenured faculty.The University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business was named the nation’s top business school.To see the complete list: Bloomberg BusinessWeek Rankings
