HONOLULU -- One business that's booming is government work.The Navy awarded four small businesses in Hawaii up to $30 million in government contracts.Three contractors in Honolulu, and one in Kapolei, have been hired to perform work at environmentally contaminated sites.A majority of the work will be done on Oahu.
