Screaming Fans Greet 'Lost' Stars At Premiere
Special Waikiki Event Offers Advance Viewing Of Season Premiere

HONOLULU -- Thousands gathered Saturday for the premiere episode of the sixth and final season of "Lost." Screaming fans cheered as their favorite stars from the hit ABC drama walked the red carpet.Matthew Fox, Daniel Dae Kim and Yunjin Kim, were among the members of the cast who smiled and chatted with reporters and fans.Images: 'LOST' Season 6 Waikiki Premiere"This is an Alexander Wang dress, Feragamo shoes, Chanel bag," Yunjin Kim said.Josh Holloway and Evangeline Lilly also made grand entrances.The television premiere of the final season airs Tuesday. Reporters from around the world were in Waikiki for a special sneak peek at the show on Saturday."This is crazy and the fans are just tremendous, as they always are, but this is just incredible," said Nestor Carbonell, who plays Richard Alpert on the show."I really want to see all of them. I can't even pick one – Charlie, Sawyer, Kate, Jack – all of them," said fan Mary Thorson.Fan Justin Coe said, "I have been thinking about this for a year now and waiting to see what happens in season six."The actors weighed in on the final season."I feel like it's going to end in a big war over who gets to claim the island," said Jorge Garcia, who plays Hurley.Fox, who plays Dr. Jack Shepard, seemed to agree. "I'm very excited and we are really getting close in the shooting of it now," he said.Lilly said, "It's such a sad thing to be leaving this family, the job, but at the same time, we are all ready for a change.""Longtime watchers of the show will be pretty satisfied with a lot of the answers. Some come out fairly early," said Daniel Dae Kim, who plays Jin Kwon.The stars said they will miss working in paradise."I love eating Keneke's mixed plate in Waimanalo," Holloway said."It's been beautiful," said Michael Emerson, who plays Ben. "It's been a time out in my life to live in paradise for four years."
