HONOLULU -- A Honolulu police officer made a gruesome discovery Saturday while conducting checks at the Diamond Head Lookout by finding a skeletal human hand.Police said officer found the hand at about 12:15 a.m. after the hand washed up on the beach.The case has been passed to homicide detectives for further investigation.
