Investigators Say Man's Remains Badly Decomposed

HONOLULU -- Honolulu police are investigating the discovery of a man's body on Monday morning.The body was found at about 7 a.m. in a grassy area about 50 yards from Diamond Head Road near 22nd Avenue.A woman taking shelter from the rain discovered the remains, police said.The remains were badly decomposed, according to investigators. They said they do not suspect foul play.
