Car Of Carl, Rae Lindquist, Both 75, Found In Stream Bed

HONOLULU -- It is likely heavy rain is a factor in a missing persons case on Maui.
Police are searching for a couple from Hana last seen Thanksgiving evening.
Carl and Rae Lindquist, both 75 years old, were last seen having dinner at the Hotel Hana Maui around 9:30 p.m. Thursday.
The couple's car was found badly damaged in a stream bed Saturday morning, a half-mile from Ulaino Road where they live.
It's believed their car was swept into the stream by the water.
Police will continue their search Sunday morning, weather permitting.
