HONOLULU -- Halawa Heights Road was closed near Aliipoe Drive on Friday morning because of an 8-inch water main break, according to the Board of Water Supply.Traffic in Halawa is being rerouted around the break.Twenty-one homes in the area are affected.A water wagon is scheduled to be sent to the area but a location has not yet been announced.
