Hawaii Man Wanted In Philippines Killing

Police Say Road Rage Sparked Slaying

Police in the Philippines are searching for a 28-year-old Hawaii man authorities said killed a government official's son.

The man police are looking for is Jason Ivler.

The shooting was a case of road rage after a car accident in Manila, according to The Associated Press.

Ivler was also involved in 2004 a car crash that killed a senior official in the president's office.
