Lifeguards Warn Beachgoers To Stay Out Of Water

HONOLULU -- Lifeguards on Thursday warned the public to stay out of the water at Maili Beach after a 10-foot shark was spotted in the area.

A diver saw the shark and told lifeguards at about 2:15 p.m.

Lifeguards saw a shark exhibiting aggressive behavior, officials said.

They posted warning signs and told beachgoers about the shark.
