HONOLULU -- A man died Monday afternoon after a forklift crushed him, fire officials said.It happened on the 500 block of Alakawa Street in a warehouse just before 4 p.m., officials said.The man was repairing the forklift in this alleyway, near the Alakawa Annex Warehouse, when the accident happened, police said.The forklift lurched backward pinning him between the forklift and a stationery truck.The victim was pronounced dead at the scene, officials said.
