Bounty hunter Duane "Dog" Chapman and wife, Beth, on Monday pledged $10,000 to the reward offered to find the person who killed a Kalihi girl last week.

Iris Rodrigues-Kaikana's body was found naked in a Kalihi walkway. The police have asked for help finding those responsible for her death.

Chapman's publicist said the star of the A&E Network reality show "Dog the Bounty Hunter" was touched after seeing interviews with the victim's family.

“I want to support this family,” Chapman said. “I lost a daughter, too, and I know how much that hurts. I just wanted to give some money to help find and arrest the person who did this terrible thing.”

The medical examiner found that Rodrigues-Kaikana was strangled.

She graduated from McKinley High School in June and planned to attend Honolulu Community College in September.
