Bail was revoked for a Maui man accused of killing his pregnant girlfriend whose body has yet to be fully recovered.
Steven Capobianco was being held on $2 million bail, but a judge granted the prosecution's request Thursday to revoke bail.
Capobianco was allegedly the last person to see Carly "Charli" Scott alive the night she disappeared in February. The community spent months searching for the missing woman before the case was reclassified as a homicide.
Capobianco's trial is scheduled for Oct. 6. If he is found guilty of murder, prosecutors say they will seek a life sentence without the possibility of parole.
