Kauai police arrested two men on Tuesday after they said one of the men fired a gun in Haena.

A 39-year-old man and a 35-year-old man, both from Kapaa, approached a group of people in a parking lot across Waikanaloa Wet Cave at about 11:30 a.m.

The 39-year-old man pulled a gun out and fired several shots, police said. No one was injured.

Police arrived and arrested the two men. They said a third man in the van took off.

Police arrested the older man on charges of reckless endangerment and a firearms violation and the other man on a drunken driving charge.

The two were released after posting bail.
