HONOLULU -- Police arrested a 76-year-old Pearl City man on charges of first-degree sexual assault involving an 8-year-old girl.The victim's mother told police the little girl said she had been sexually assaulted.The assault reported happened last March, police said.Police arrested Albert Toshiyuki Kusunoki Monday. Police said the alleged victim was related to Kusunoki.The case is under investigation.
