HONOLULU -- The Kauai Board of Realtors and the county Housing Agency are sponsoring an educational fair that will offer information for people looking to buy a home on Kauai.

The two-day fair will be held on Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Piikoi Building of the Lihue Civic Center.

Approximately 30 exhibitors and workshops will be offered at the fair including: first-time homebuyer programs, foreclosure avoidance, rental property management and loan modification.
