HONOLULU -- The Hawaii State Department of Health has confirmed two separate cases of swine flu, also known as H1N1 Influenza A, on Oahu. What is different about these cases compared to the three others that were confirmed earlier is that these two people did not travel outside of Hawaii."It is little bit of a concern that the illness may be spreading within the community. Fortunately, the cases we have identified have self-isolated. So they have not exposed other people. They have stayed at home. People seemed to be listening to our recommendations and that's really wonderful," said Janice Okubo of the state Department of Health.Officials said the two patients were in close contact with each other before getting sick.So far, there are no cases on the neighbor islands.
