Hawaii Paroling Authority Orders Robber To Serve Entire Sentence

HONOLULU -- The man who robbed a television star of the ABC hit show "Lost" must spend at least 30 years in prison.Ruben Royce was 20 when he was arrested for 30 felonies, including the home invasion robbery of Josh Holloway and his wife in Hawaii Kai.Royce awakened them early in the morning as he banged a gun on their bedroom door. He also stole their Mercedes.Royce made a plea agreement, hoping to win parole in as few at 10 years. However, the Hawaii Paroling Authority decided Royce must serve his entire 30-year term.Prosecutors said they are happy with that decision, which means Royce will be in prison until he is 50.
