HONOLULU -- Navy officials identified the body of a man found in the Makalapa housing area on Sunday.Joseph Allen, 48, was found dead at a playground in the Makalapa housing area on Pearl Harbor at about 8 a.m., Navy officials said.Allen worked as a civilian employee of the Defense Intelligence Agency, they said.The Naval Criminal Investigative Service is investigating the case.It does not appear that foul play was involved, officials said.
