HONOLULU -- Anyone thinking of selling their home should expect to get less it for now than last year.According to Nationwide Real Estate Report, prices in Honolulu dropped 14 percent between September 2007 and 2008.Hawaii was among 34 states that experienced price declines.
California was the clear leader in price declines with almost 30 percent, followed by Nevada, Arizona, Florida, Rhode Island and then Hawaii.
