A robber held up the American Savings Bank in Liliha on Wednesday, authorities said.

It happened at about 5:15 p.m. at 1425 Liliha St.

A man in his 20s showed a gun to the teller and then demanded money, police said.

The teller gave the man some money. He was last seen running toward Vineyard Boulevard.

The robber is described as being about 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing about 140 pounds, in his 20s with a dark complexion.

Police said there was another man seen with the robber before the crime. They want to question that man.

Police asked that anyone with information about the crime or the man seen with the robber call CrimeStoppers at 955-8300.
