A grand jury indicted a Ukulele teacher from Windward Oahu on sexual assault charge for allegedly fondling a boy.

David Langi has been charged with third-degree sexual assault.

"We deem the suspect in this case to be a dangerous person to the community," Deputy Prosecutor Mark Yuen said. "He grabbed the complainants buttocks, and when he was confronted he admitted what he had done."

The indictment did not say where the alleged assault occurred. It said the boy was less than 14.

A warrant will be issued for Langsi's arrest, officials said.
