A judge on Tuesday accepted the plea deal of man accused of breaking into 10 homes on Oahu, including the home of "Lost" actor Josh Holloway.

The home invasions were part of a crime spree by Ruben Royce, 23, pleaded guilty to the crimes.

Royce accepted responsibility for five home invasion robberies with 10 victims during three weeks in October and September 2005.

His plea agreement set his sentence at 30 years. He will have to serve at least 13 years before he is eligible for parole.

Royce apologized to the victims, but said he was on drugs during the crime spree.

"I wasn't in the right state of mind. I made mistakes," Royce said.

One of the cases involved the Hawaii Kai house and Mercedes owned by Holloway and his wife. Royce awakened them early in the morning as he banged a gun on their bedroom door.

Only one person appeared at the sentencing. A woman spoke for her two parents who Royce robbed in their Nuuanu home.

The couple held a bedroom door closed as he tried to get in. The woman's grandmother fell and injured her Achilles' tendon.
