Mistrial Declared In Woman Set On Fire Case

HONOLULU -- A mistrial was declared on Monday in the case of a man accused of lighting his girlfriend on fire.Kim Massey, 50, poured gas on Marie Siarot then used a lighter to set her on fire, prosecutors said.Massey said it was an accident.The jury apparently could not agree whether Massey acted intentionally.Prosecutors said they will try the case again.
