HONOLULU -- Ocean Safety officials warned beachgoers on Tuesday to stay out of the water on Kauai's North Shore after sharks were spotted.A whale carcass was found drifting offshore of 'Anini Beach at a surf spot known as "Wires," the Kauai Fire Department said.Sharks and other sea creatures were spotted at different spots between Kalihiwai and 'Anini beaches, officials said.
