Single-Family Home Resales Up, Condos Down

The median price for single-family homes resold on Oahu climbed $10,000 in August, according to the Honolulu Board of Realtors.

The number of single-family homes were also up compared to last year, HBR officials said.

The median price went from $640,000 in July to $650,000 in August for single-family homes. The record was set in June at $685,000.

The condominium median sales price dipped from $335,000 in July to $325,000 in August.
