Ginger Sesame Glazed Portobello Steaks

Ingredients:
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 TBS fresh ginger minced
1 TBS tahini (sesame paste you get at health food stores)
1/2 cup tamari or soy sauce
1/3 cup sesame oil
1 TBS brown sugar
3 TBS white wine
4 large Portobello caps
1 TBS peanut oil
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, combine garlic, ginger and tahini. Stir in tamari, sesame oil, sugar and wine and blend well.
- Put mushroom caps in shallow bowl. Add tamari mixture, turning to coat. Let stand 15 minutes, turning once.
- In a large skillet or grill pan, heat peanut oil over medium high heat. Cook mushrooms (reserve liquid) and cook, turning once, until browned and slightly soft, about 5 minutes.
- To serve cut mushrooms at a slight angle.
