Watada's Court-Martial Set To Start

HONOLULU -- The court-martial of Army Lt. Ehren Watada begins on Monday in Fort Lewis, Wash.The 28-year-old Hawaii-born officer and Kalani High School graduate is being tried in refusing to accept his deployment orders to Iraq this past June. The charges include conduct unbecoming an officer.Watada said the war is illegal and that he has an obligation to refuse unlawful orders.He faces up to four years in prison. His publicist said he spent the last few days preparing for jail time.
